Your Personal Training journey starts with an initial consultation appointment, which gives an opportunity to meet and discuss your reasons for contacting and to determine your current health and fitness status. It will also act as a reference point for future assessment to monitor progression. The health and fitness assessment will include some or all of the following, dependent on your individual goals:-
- Resting Heart Rate
- Height and Weight
- Body Mass Index
- Body Fat %
- Blood Pressure
- Waist/Hip Measurement
- Postural Assessment
- Cardiovascular Fitness
- Strength and Endurance
- Flexibility
- Nutritional Analysis
The assessment is summarised and emailed to you in a professional report. A realistic training plan relevant to your individual ability and goals is then organised along with set PT sessions, and your up and running!
